The Kinetic Team works with both public and private entities in order to provide valuable expertise regarding a variety of subject matter areas, whether related to product and technology consulting, media and communications, and even community safety and security as it is related to public safety interaction.
Given various external pressures, communities across the United States now face greater challenges to their local safety and security, especially when various stakeholder relationships have frayed from outside influences and miscommunication. Our teams engage with different community stakeholder groups to collect info on concerns and needs, analyze commonalities between the groups and provide common sense recommendations to empower and collaborate to overcome those challenges (limited or overtaxed public safety / resources, fentanyl poisoning, trafficking, gang violence, etc.) We work to enhance the security and safety for all in the community, one block at a time.
Given Kinetic’s on the ground relationships with agencies across the nation, we endeavor to help public safety access the training they need, given the challenges they face on a daily basis. Most agencies today have lost many senior officers over the last three years and continue to face extensive retention challenges. Further, understaffed agencies constantly face challenges with fielding officers for patrol, while at the same time, struggle to find time to maintain officer training requirements. We work to identify gaps and connect agencies with the training they desperately need, locally whenever possible, in order to minimize officer travel time.
